FREE TO REGISTER

An annual racing fee to cover all races is £80.00 For any single event it’s £20.00 This is in place of up front registration and allows drivers to dip in or out as they choose without hiking up the cost of a single entry.

ENTRY FEES FROM AS LOW AS £275.00 (All timetable details and costs are subject to changes)

ENTRY PROCESS:

  • A deposit of £100 will reserve your place (for each meeting) payable at anytime. Only at the two week deadline will it count towards a reduced entry fee;

  • Two weeks before the race the deposits are counted which will set the cost of entry (check enrty lists for price breaks)

  • You will be notified of the entry fee and the balance is payable within 7 days. Don’t forget to add the race/club fee of £20 if you haven’t paid the £80 annual fee.

  • You can get your deposit refunded less £25 before the two-week deadline. After this date all deposits are non-refundable (unless you’re in reserve and unable to get any track time) Qualifying sessions can accept 20% over grid capacity to accommodate attending reserves.

  • You can enter after the 2-week deadline if there’s space - no deposit required.

  • Please note - If you don’t pay a deposit it could prevent a reduced entry fee for everyone !

We are delighted to announce the date for our highly anticipated Annual Dinner which will be held at The Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa on Saturday, February 1st, 2025.

This event promises to be an unforgettable evening with a 3-course meal and a live band (In Yer Face) and the opportunity to have a great time with friends and colleagues.
